Manual Therapy

According to the APTA manual therapy techniques are skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue and are intended to improve tissue extensibility; increase range of motion; induce relaxation; mobilize or manipulate soft tissue and joints; modulate pain; and reduce soft tissue swelling and inflammation. We specialize in specific and advanced hands on techniques that include but are not limited to joint mobilization/manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, and neurodynamic movements. All hands on techniques should be pain-free for the patient and can always be adjusted based on the patients presentation. The goals is always that the patient leaves the clinic feeling better than when they came in. Please see the link below for photos and videos of some of the techniques that we provide.
