Our Story

Andrew's journey to opening this practice began in his youth and continued through his teens and twenties. Andrew himself has undergone a handful of surgeries and dealt with a wide variety of bizarre and rare conditions as well as more common injuries and pains. This has allowed Andrew to empathize with patients and develop a unique understanding of what a patient is feeling. It is also what drives Andrew to find answers for patients.

Andrew's Physical Therapy, PLLC was opened in 2023 with the goal of providing the highest quality of care to patients in the Arvada and greater Denver area. Andrew's Physical Therapy is privately and locally owned which allows us to place our emphasis on listening to your story so we can get you healthy as fast as possible in a family friendly, fun, and laid back atmosphere. We help you achieve your personal goals by providing one-on-one time with the same provider each visit without double bookings.

Our approach at Andrew's Physical Therapy is designed so you have time to provide a thorough history enabling us to identify the root cause of your problem and why you are in pain in the first place. This allows us to not only fix your current impairments but prevent recurrences of the same problem in the future.

Each visit at Andrew's Physical Therapy is 45-60 minutes and typically consists of manual treatment followed by exercise. Our sessions are designed this way for a reason. We use manual therapy to reduce pain, restore muscle tone, improve joint mobility and re-train nerves. We then have the patient exercise in the new pain-free motion to maintain the improvements achieved during the session. It is our goal that you leave every session feeling better than when you walked in.

How do we differ from other clinics?

Our physical therapy clinic differs from other professions such as massage therapy or chiropractors where they address body parts with manual treatment but fail to follow it up with exercise. This results in the patient feeling better for a day or two before symptoms return because they have not followed up their treatment with a means to maintain the improvements. At our clinic we address the muscle and the joint with hands on techniques and then follow this with exercise to maintain the improvements that were just achieved.

Our physical therapy clinic also differs from other physical therapy clinics where providers have patients only go through exercise alone. This often results in patients pushing through pain and restrictions leading to more pain or the patient feeling they are paying for a service they can simply do on their own. This ultimately results in the patient discontinuing their treatment with a negative connotation of physical therapy. We strive to use both manual treatment and exercise so patients leave each session feeling better than when they walked in and so they feel they gained something of value by coming.

Other major physical therapy clinics will also often schedule 4 patients in an hour. This results in the patient not receiving adequate time with the licensed physical therapist and being taken through generic protocols that are not specific to their condition. This is often done by a technician and the exercises are not being done with proper form. This results in the patient not getting results or better in physical therapy. At Andrew's Physical Therapy we schedule one patient in 50 minute blocks and you will only be seen by the same licensed physical therapist each session throughout the course of your care. This guarantees that you will be supervised by a licensed professional throughout your time in physical therapy and increases the odds of you getting better and achieving your goals.
